In the abovementioned article, “¹⁴C-DDT” and “¹⁴C-cholesterol” were interchanged. On page 165, in section 8, “Nonabsorbable lipids and enteropathic OCs,” the second paragraph should read:

“It was also found that a nonabsorbable fat increased the rate of excretion of ¹⁴C in gerbils that were given dietary ¹⁴C-DDT and allowed to attain a steady fractional excretion rate [17].”
